The Court Fee set by the Court for a divorce is currently £612 and must be paid when submitting the Divorce Application to Court. 

The Court fee set by the Court for a Clean Break Order / Consent Order is currently £60 which must be paid when submitting the application to Court. 

Please note that the Court fees are amended by the Court from time to time. 

If you have less than £4,200 savings and are in receipt of certain benefits or on a low income then you may be able to apply to the Court for a fee remission or a reduced fee.  Please contact us for further information.
